Evenfancy is committed to providing high-quality products and services. We understand that issues may arise during online shopping, and therefore, we have established the following return and refund policy:

Quality Assurance
– If the product you receive has quality issues, such as loose beads or stitching, we will provide a $5 coupon as compensation.
– Please report the issue through our customer service channels within 48 hours of receiving the product and include photos of the item.

Return Policy
– While we offer coupon compensation for quality issues, we do not accept returns and refunds for issues that are not the seller’s responsibility. For example, personal taste discrepancies, incorrect size selection, or damage after use.

Order Cancellation and Full Refund
– In-Stock Products: If you change your mind after placing an order, you can contact us within 6 hours of placing the order to cancel it and request a full refund.
– Custom Products: For non-stock items, you can request to cancel the order within 12 hours of placing it and receive a full refund.

Steps to Cancel an Order
– Contact our customer service team directly to request order cancellation.
– Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.
– Customer service will assist you with the refund process.
– Please note that cancellation requests beyond the specified time frame may not be processed as the item may have already entered the shipping process or custom production has started.

Refund Process
– Once an order is canceled, we will initiate the refund process.
– Depending on your payment method, the refund will be returned to your account within a few business days.
– If you encounter any issues or need additional assistance, our customer service team is always ready to help.
