Evenfancy highly values customer satisfaction and understands that you may change your mind during the shopping process. Therefore, we offer some flexibility to allow you to modify or cancel your order within a specified time frame.

Order Modifications
To accommodate customer needs, we allow modifications to the order content within a certain period:
– In-stock products: Within 6 hours of placing the order, customers have the right to modify the selected dress style, size, and color.
– Non-stock products: Within 12 hours of placing the order, customers can also modify order details, including dress style, size, and color.

To modify your order, please send a request through our customer support channels (email or official WhatsApp account) and provide your order number and the details you wish to change. (For in-stock products, whether you can change to the desired style, size, and color is subject to customer service confirmation.)

Refund Requests
We understand that customers may change their minds after purchasing, therefore:
– In-stock products: You can request to cancel the order and receive a full refund within 6 hours of placing the order.
– Non-stock products: You can apply to cancel the order and request a full refund within 12 hours of placing the order.

The company will not be responsible if the order cannot be modified or canceled due to the customer’s delayed request.

Return Policy
We support returns, but only under the following circumstances:
– The received product has significant quality defects not specified at the time of purchase.
– The actual received product is inconsistent with what was described on the website or specified in the customer’s order.

In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product via email or customer service channels and attach photos of the product and detailed descriptions of the issue.

Please note that returned products must meet the following conditions:
– Not worn or used and must retain its original tags and packaging.
– The product must not have any damage, stains, alterations, or any signs that affect resale.

After we review and confirm the return, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and will be returned to your account via the original payment method.

Customized Products
Please understand that all customized products are made according to personal requirements. Once production begins, we cannot accept any form of modification, cancellation, or return request.

Changes and Updates
Evenfancy reserves the right to make any changes to the order modification and refund terms. If there are changes, we will update the terms on the website and strive to notify all customers within a reasonable scope. Customers are advised to review the latest terms before placing each order.
