Order Modifications for In-Stock Products
– For in-stock products, customers can request order modifications within 6 hours of placing the order. Modification requests can include canceling the order for a full refund or changing order details (such as size, color, etc.).
– To modify your order, please contact our customer service team immediately and provide your order number and detailed modification request.
Order Modifications for Custom Products
– Since custom products require time to be made, you can request modifications within 12 hours of placing the order, including canceling the order or adjusting order details.
– Similarly, please contact our customer service as soon as possible so we can respond to your request promptly.
Quality Issues Coupon Compensation
– If the product you receive has quality issues, such as loose beads or stitching, we will provide a $5 coupon as compensation.
– Please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product and include photos of the item for verification.
Return and Refund Policy
– For non-quality issues, we cannot accept return and refund requests. This includes personal taste, size issues, or damage caused after use.
– Please note that if the above time limits are exceeded, we may not be able to process your modification request. Once the order has entered the shipping process or custom production has started, we cannot make any changes.
